Call for Abstracts

Registration instructions

To submit abstract for NEURONUS 2024 you have to:

1. REGISTRATION FOR THE CONFERENCE:
Create an account on our website (if you did not receive a verification link to your email please check your SPAM folder! Add postmaster@neuronusforum.pl as trusted adress to avoid this problem in the future).
After creating an account log in to your user panel and register for the conference as active participant. 
2. ABSTRACT SUBMISSION:
Upload a filled-out template to your user panel within set deadlines. We ask you to preferably use docx, but if you do not have access for MS Word, use pdf version.

Topics of abstract submission include:

  • Biological Neuroscience
  • Cognitive Neuroscience
  • Medical Session/ Medical Case Reports
  • Computational Neuroscience

All accepted abstracts will be published in Acta Neurobiologiae Experimentalis (Impact Factor 1.579). 
Only original papers, based on your own research will be considered. We do not accept reviews.

IMPORTANT The abstract for oral or poster presentation should be submitted only by the presenting author. In case the co-authors are going to attend the conference, they should register as passive participants. 

Abstract should be submitted for evaluation before 14th February 2024 28th February 2024. The Abstracts received after this deadline will not be considered. Presenting authors will be notified about the acceptance of their papers by 21st of February 2024 March 13, 2024

Abstract submission guidelines

Please provide full information by filling out the submission template. The abstract must be no longer than 200 words, with background of the study, methods, results, and conclusions. Bibliography, tables, figures and equations are not allowed. If possible, do not use special characters within the abstract body. Any changes in the submitted abstracts can be done exclusively before submission deadline. If you wish to make any changes, please contact us by e-mail.

The Scientific Committee will decide which papers will be presented as posters and which ones with a talk.  Please note that the Scientific Committee will make a final decision about including your submission into oral or poster presentations. To uphold the quality and validity of their decision only the body of the abstract will be reviewed, without information about the authors.

All presenting authors with pre-doctoral status will be eligible for awards for the best oral and poster presentations.
